This Privacy Notice for CleanupyourIT, a registered trade name operated by SysLinkTX (“we,” “us,” or “our”), explains how and why we may collect, use, store, or share personal information when you visit our website, request an assessment, communicate with us, or use our infrastructure-cleanup services. If you do not agree with this notice, please do not use our website or services. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
Portfolio Media and Privacy Protection
We may retain exactly one matching set of anonymized “Before and After” structural-infrastructure photographs of serviced utility, telecom, or internet closets for corporate marketing and website portfolio displays.
Before public use, identifying features—including company logos, building signs, addresses, proprietary asset tags, people, visible IP information, and network-configuration labels—will be permanently blurred, masked, or cropped. All other exploratory media, videos, or raw site-engineering files are permanently purged within 24 hours of final project sign-off. A customer may prohibit portfolio use by giving written notice before project completion.
What Information Do We Collect?
In short: We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us.
We may collect personal information when you request information, submit a service request, participate in activities connected with our services, or otherwise contact us. Depending on your interaction, this may include:
- Name and job title
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Mailing or service address
- Information included in your scope-of-work message
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you should notify us when it changes. We do not collect personal information from third-party data brokers.
How Do We Process Your Information?
In short: We use information to provide, improve, and administer our services; communicate with you; maintain security; prevent fraud; and comply with law.
- To respond to inquiries and prepare assessments or quotations.
- To schedule, deliver, document, and support requested services.
- To communicate about a project, service request, or operational issue.
- To protect our website, customers, property, and business operations.
- To comply with legal, accounting, insurance, or regulatory obligations.

When and With Whom Do We Share Information?
In short: We share information only in the situations described here.
We may disclose information to service providers that assist with website forms, communications, hosting, project delivery, disposal, accounting, or other legitimate business operations, subject to appropriate contractual obligations. We may also share or transfer information during negotiations for, or completion of, a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In short: We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice or as required by law.
No purpose described in this notice requires us to retain ordinary personal information for longer than 90 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted for tax, accounting, insurance, contractual, dispute-resolution, or other legal reasons.
When there is no continuing business need, information will be deleted or anonymized. If immediate deletion is not possible—for example, because the information is stored in a backup archive—we will isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible. Project media is subject to the shorter and more specific rules in the Portfolio Media section above.
How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the personal information we process. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Transmission to and from the website is therefore at your own risk, and you should access the services from a secure environment.
Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market personal information from children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly. Please contact us if you believe a minor has provided information to us.
What Are Your Privacy Rights?
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to know whether we process your information, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a copy, or withdraw consent. These rights may be limited in circumstances permitted by law.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing completed before the withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis.
Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Some browsers and devices provide a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing these signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If an applicable standard is adopted, we will describe our response in an updated notice.
United States Privacy Rights
Texas residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right.
